We’re a small group of environmentalists at heart who stumbled upon something extraordinary — a honey unlike any other, both unique and environmentally conscious.

Our raw, unpasteurized honey comes from the pristine wilderness of northern New Zealand, where honey bees forage on two of the world’s rarest blossoms: Mānuka and avocado flowers. This 100% natural honey is never heated, preserving its delicate microscopic crystals and protecting its powerful anti-microbial properties.

Crafted by Nature, Not by Us

No human blending here — the bees do it themselves. By collecting nectar from both Mānuka bushes and avocado trees, they create a one-of-a-kind honey that is both delicious and potent. The Mānuka nectar brings a high methylglyoxal (MGO) content, known for its antibacterial strength, while avocado nectar contributes rich nutrients and minerals. Together, the bees’ alchemy produces a rare superfood that elevates both taste and wellness.

The Once-a-Year Bloom

The magic happens only once a year, around mid-December, when Mānuka plants come into bloom. Our beekeepers must carefully place hives in areas where Mānuka and avocado flowers blossom at the same time — and only in locations free from pesticides, fertilizers, and soil contaminants. Fortunately, northern New Zealand provides the perfect untouched environment, making this honey exceptionally rare.
